Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an RN Case Manager in Boca Raton, FL with travel up to 70%. The role focuses on cost-effective medical case management across workers' comp and health lines, following URAC and CMSA guidelines.

Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience; Associate or nursing coursework required, BSN preferred. Local work-from-home setup with travel to patient sites and providers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or relevant nursing coursework required.
• BSN degree preferred when possible.
• Certification as a case manager (URAC list) preferred; RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Review case records, analyze data, and determine needs to enable return-to-work.
• Coordinate case management across Workers' Compensation, health, liability, and disability lines.
• Communicate with claims adjusters, employers, and healthcare providers to resolve cases.
