Job summary

Crawford & Company is hiring an RN Case Manager in the Columbia, SC region. This role offers work-from-home with local field travel. You’ll manage medical casework across Workers' Comp, Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a nursing degree, and relevant case management experience. CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN certifications are preferred, with travel about 70% and state license compliance required.

Qualifications

• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• 1-3 years diverse clinical experience in case management or related field.
• Active RN license in good standing with State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Reviews case records, analyzes data, and assists on case resolution and return-to-work.
• Communicates with claims adjusters, employers, physicians, and patients to coordinate care.
• Supports RTW goals and manages case activity to meet QA standards.
• Plans and conducts site visits as needed to facilitate case management.
• Maintains timely documentation and compliance with URAC standards and Broadspire QA guidelines.
