Job summary

CorVel is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to coordinate resources and develop cost-effective, personalized care plans for ill or injured individuals. This remote role requires nursing licensure, clinical experience, and strong communication with physicians, patients, and payers.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of operation required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation.
• URAC recognized Case Management certification to be obtained within 3 years if not present at hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical case management with patient, physician, and care team within a remote setting.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient progress and treatment plans.
• Assess treatment plan for medical necessity and cost effectiveness; discuss options with physicians.
