Job summary

IPMG is seeking a fully remote Registered Nurse for a Nurse Case Manager role. You will assess, plan, coordinate, and advocate to meet health and disability needs, primarily supporting short-term disability and workers’ compensation. Candidates need RN license, 1+ year case management experience with return-to-work focus, and strong communication.

Role requires collaboration with patients, providers, and employers; core hours are 8:30–5, Monday–Friday. IPMG offers generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse (RN) license required.
• 1+ year case management experience with return-to-work focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify patient needs and promote self-determination.
• Develop and manage individualized case plans with goals and timelines.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and resources within plan constraints.
• Document all case activities and communicate with patients, providers, and employers.
• Collaborate with care team to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Triage intake and manage short-term disability and workers’ compensation cases.
• Maintain awareness of regulations and ensure compliance across processes.
