Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and reviews care management documentation to maintain compliance with federal & state regulations and contracts.
• Contributes to development and implementation of policies and procedures within the care management team.
• Directs daily activities of care management staff and reviews caseloads based on state requirements.
