Job summary

Carenet Health is seeking a compassionate registered nurse for a fully remote role delivering triage assessments and health education to a nationwide patient population. You will use telecommunication tools and evidence-based protocols to guide care from home, reporting to the Clinical Services team.

Applicants should have a current compact-state RN license and a minimum of three years of RN experience across ER, adult/pediatric, or medical/surgical settings.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state (your state of residence).
• Minimum of an associate degree; BSN preferred.
• Home state RN license in good standing; compact licensure required for additional states.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience; ER, adult/pediatric, medical/surgical or home health experience preferred.
• Telephonic triage experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic nursing assessments and health education using clinical protocols.
• Perform triage assessments and make disposition recommendations.
• Deliver education and health information to a diverse caller population.
• Adhere to nursing standards, policies, and performance metrics.
• Maintain regular attendance; work 4 weekend shifts per month.
