Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for remote triage work in a nationwide telehealth call center. The role involves telephone triage, EHR documentation, and clinical decision support from a home-based setup with ET scheduling.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license (compact preferred), 2–4 years of clinical experience, and proficiency with multiple EHR platforms. Teletriage experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage assessments by telephone for multi-state patients.
• Accurately document patient interactions in client EHR systems.
• Deliver clinical assessments by phone or patient portal using established protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks (refills, referrals, prior authorization).
• Participate in remote patient monitoring, including vital signs and chronic disease education.
