Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Care Access Nurse Line Nurse to coordinate telephonic care using established nursing protocols. You will triage patient needs, educate patients, and facilitate communication with North Memorial Health providers.

The role requires RN licensure in Minnesota, at least 3 years of hospital or clinic experience, and proficiency with EPIC EHR. Remote work eligibility is available for MN/WI residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• 3+ years of nursing experience in hospital/acute care/clinic setting.
• Current licensure as RN in Minnesota.
• Experience with EPIC EHR preferred.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM required.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Triage and coordinate patient care by phone.
• Educate and advise patients and facilitate communication with providers.
• Document in the electronic medical record with accuracy.
• Provide telephone nursing assessments across age ranges.
