• OR 5+ years in high-value home construction, skilled trades, home inspection, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform PURE 360 Risk assessments evaluating property conditions across regions and environmental factors.
• Territory includes Riverside County and Rancho Mirage; assess loss probability and severity.
• Recommend loss prevention strategies and prioritize actions by risk impact.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and internal stakeholders to support risk selection and business decisions.
• Operate independently in the field and communicate assessment findings clearly to members.
