• Develop actionable risk improvement recommendations.
• Apply inflation trends and construction costs to support accurate valuations.
• Interview contractors, builders, and industry professionals to stay informed on costs and trends.
• Collaborate with agents and internal teams to communicate findings and valuation insights.
