Job summary

HSB is actively seeking a Risk Management Surveyor for remote roles across the North, North East, Lancashire and Yorkshire. The position supports Premier Guarantee and LABC Warranty brands within the Munich Re family, ensuring compliance with Technical Manual and Building Regulations on new-build and converted structures.

You will manage your own diary, travel across sites, and provide practical technical advice to developers and builders, helping projects meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in construction, surveying, inspection or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and site inspections.
• Experience working with developers, builders or construction stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and provide technical advice for safe, compliant construction.
• Plan and manage workload, record findings, and communicate outcomes to customers and colleagues.
• Identify defects and support developers with practical guidance to meet standards.
