Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a Field-Based Risk Manager – Health & Safety to deliver expert risk and health & safety consultancy to a portfolio of clients. The role blends remote and field-based work across the Oxford & Crawley area, with travel to client sites and some overnight stays.

You’ll conduct assessments, produce documentation, investigate incidents, and develop long-term client relationships while contributing to a national risk management business.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessment, audits or H&S consultancy.
• NEBOSH/IOSH qualified (or working towards).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, surveys, and inspections at client sites.
• Produce tailored risk management documentation.
• Investigate incidents and liaise with enforcing authorities.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
