Signifyd is seeking a Risk Intelligence Manager to lead a team of fraud analysts, develop risk strategies, and align with Data Science, Product, and Engineering. You will establish standards, improve investigative practices, and help merchants reduce fraud while preserving customer experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, scalable risk improvements, and strong communication with technical, business, and customer audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 5+ years in ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or risk management.
• Strong analytical judgment balancing fraud losses, customer experience, and risk-taking.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and performance-manage a team of fraud analysts.
• Own and improve incident response standards, playbooks, and workflows.
• Translate investigative findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Risk leadership, Data Science, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Support customer conversations as a fraud subject-matter expert and coach analysts.
