Signifyd is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on ML-powered fraud protection. You will partner with our AI group and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into scalable, reliable production systems while advancing the team’s growth and technical excellence.
You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product owners, and risk management to deliver on roadmap commitments.
Qualificações
- 5+ years working as a software engineer with ML experience.
- At least 4 years of direct people management in an ML-focused domain.
Responsabilidades
- Own delivery of the team’s roadmap balancing feature work, tech debt and reliability.
- Lead and grow a team of engineers partnering with AI/ML groups.
- Drive architecture discussions and design reviews with focus on reliability and scalability.
- Champion AI tooling usage and responsible/RoI-driven deployment.
