Signifyd is seeking a Risk Intelligence leader in the United States to build and guide a high-performing fraud analytics team. You will shape investigations, establish best practices, and drive improvements across incident response, case review, onboarding, and risk design.

You will partner with Risk leadership, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert findings into scalable signals and model enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 5+ years in ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or risk management.
• Advanced analytical judgment balancing losses, customer experience, and risk-taking.
• Experience building operational standards, playbooks, and workflows.
• Strong communication skills presenting to technical, business, and customer audiences.
• Solid cross-functional experience with data science, customer success, product, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and performance-manage a team of fraud analysts and escalation resources.
• Own and improve incident response standards, playbooks, and tools for investigations.
• Translate investigative findings into actionable recommendations for business and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Risk leadership, Data Science, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to close capability gaps.
• Support customer conversations as a fraud subject-matter expert and coach analysts to present insights clearly.
