Signifyd is seeking a Risk Intelligence Manager in the United States to lead a team of fraud analysts, enhance incident response standards, and translate risk insights into scalable improvements that protect portfolio health and improve customer experiences.

You will collaborate with Risk leadership, Data Science, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to close capability gaps and drive durable signals and model improvements while communicating risk decisions to customers with clarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management, including coaching and performance management.
• 5+ years in ecommerce, payments, fraud prevention, or risk management, including fraud investigations.
• Advanced analytical judgment balancing fraud losses, customer experience, and risk-taking.
• Experience building operational standards, playbooks, and workflows.
• Effective communication skills presenting to technical, business, and customer audiences.
• Solid cross-functional experience partnering with data science, customer success, product, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and performance-manage a team of fraud analysts, closing skill gaps and serving as escalation resource for complex investigations.
• Own and improve the standards, playbooks, and tools for incident response, case review, merchant onboarding, decision transparency, and rule design.
• Turn investigative findings into clear recommendations for teams responsible for business and customer outcomes; represent Risk Intelligence in cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with business-unit leaders, Data Science, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to close capability gaps and turn fraud behaviors into durable signals and model improvements.
• Support customer conversations as a fraud subject-matter expert, explaining risk decisions and sharing effective practices; coach analysts to communicate risk insights clearly.
