Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting risk assessment, investigative due diligence, corporate research, or similar analytical research.
• Experience with research platforms and public-record resources such as Lexis, Bloomberg, Dun & Bradstreet, TLO, SEC databases, or comparable tools.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and due diligence practices.
• Ability to interpret financial information and review SEC filings.
• Bachelor's degree is required; experience with conflicts or business intake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial info, litigation history, and regulatory records.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and synthesize clear research findings.
• Support attorneys and stakeholders with due diligence for new clients and matters.
• Assist with research on lateral hires, business combinations, and risk-related projects.
• Collaborate with conflicts and business intake teams to identify issues.
• Support Information Governance and risk management initiatives.
