This fully remote, approximately 6-month contract role requires strong corporate research, due diligence, and risk assessment experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk assessment and due diligence experience.
• Experience with public records and regulatory history research.
• Ability to interpret financial information and SEC filings.
• Strong written and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities.
• Review corporate backgrounds, litigation, regulatory history, and SEC filings.
• Synthesize information into clear research findings.
• Support attorneys with due diligence for new clients and matters.
• Assist with research for lateral hires and risk projects.
• Collaborate with conflicts and intake teams during the process.
• Support Information Governance and risk initiatives.
