Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking two experienced Business Intake Researchers to remotely support its Information Governance and risk management function for an approximate 6-month contract. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in risk assessment, corporate research, and due diligence, with strong KYC/AML knowledge and access to public-record resources.

Role involves reviewing SEC filings, financial data, and regulatory history, then delivering concise findings to attorneys and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting risk assessment, investigative due diligence, or corporate research.
• Experience using research platforms and public-record resources such as Lexis, Bloomberg, Dun & Bradstreet, TLO, SEC databases, or comparable tools.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and due diligence practices.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with legal conflicts, business intake, or professional-services risk management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Intapp or similar intake/conflicts technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial information, litigation, regulatory history, and SEC filings.
• Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources into clear findings.
• Support attorneys with due diligence for new clients and matters.
• Assist with research on potential lateral hires, business combinations, and risk projects.
• Partner with conflicts and business intake teams to identify issues during intake.
• Support additional Information Governance and risk management initiatives.
