Job summary

Sentry Insurance is seeking a risk control professional to deliver safety and risk management services across a diverse client portfolio in the East Shared Services division. The role emphasizes comprehensive risk assessments, analytical input for underwriting, and developing safety programs for dealerships, construction, manufacturing, wholesale, and real estate sectors.

The candidate may work from home with territory travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field preferred.
• Experience in insurance safety consulting or private industry is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite facility evaluations to assess exposures and maintenance needs.
• Assist in evaluating building protections for occupancy and hazards.
• Prepare detailed reports to support underwriting decisions across lines of business.
• Assist in development and implementation of safety policies and programs for accounts.
• Provide advanced risk management and consultative services to clients.
• Conduct OSHA 10-hour seminars for regional construction line of business.
• Develop and deliver safety seminars and training programs.
• Create service proposals and plans for qualified accounts.
