Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of risk management or fintech analytics experience.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL and Python or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Optimize risk strategies and policies to support sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches in new markets and verticals.
• Continuously improve risk management processes through innovation and best practices.
