Ride Health is hiring Remote Ride Success Agents to handle inbound/outbound calls for passengers, providers, and clients in a high-volume center. You will schedule transportation, assist providers, make outbound calls, monitor chats, and use our platform along with Uber/Lyft integrations to fulfill trip requests.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication and empathy, reliable 100 Mbps internet, and a quiet home workspace. Weekend/evening shifts may apply.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication with empathy and understanding.
• Reliable broadband Internet access (min 100 Mbps) and quiet home workspace.
• Ability to work remote in a high-volume contact center.
• Commitment to SOPs and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule transportation for passengers and clients.
• Make provider assistance calls and outbound passenger outreach.
• Monitor chats and respond to queries.
• Use the Ride Health platform and third-party tools to complete trip requests.
• Maintain high-quality service and adhere to SLAs.
