Synthires is seeking a board-certified rheumatologist for a fully remote, hourly contract in the United States. You will evaluate AI-generated rheumatology responses, review de-identified charts, and provide structured rationales to improve clinical accuracy.

The role emphasizes high-quality written communication, attention to detail, and independence. Flexible, part-time hours with immediate start and remote engagement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Rheumatology (ABMS or AOA).
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated rheumatology responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to standards.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
