Job summary

Synthires is seeking a board-certified neurologist for a remote, hourly contract to evaluate AI-generated neurology responses and review de-identified patient charts. You will compare responses, write rationales, and flag safety concerns, contributing to safer, higher-quality AI medical guidance.

The role is fully remote within the United States, with immediate start and flexible, part-time hours. Candidates must be U.S.-based and actively licensed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Neurology through an ABMS member board or the AOA.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after completing training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated neurology responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
