Synthires is seeking board-certified rheumatologists to evaluate healthcare AI models. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and assess AI-generated responses to clinical rheumatology questions to improve clinical accuracy, safety, and alignment with current standards of care.

You will compare two AI outputs, write structured rationales, and flag errors that could affect patient safety. Remote, part-time engagement with flexible hours while maintaining active U.S. licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Rheumatology.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Residency and fellowship training completed.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated rheumatology responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
