Job summary

Nedap is seeking an Implementation Manager for North America. This remote role involves leading end-to-end deployments for iconic retail brands, aligning iD Cloud with client systems, and driving measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal partners and client teams to ensure successful pilots and ongoing adoption. Key qualifications include hands-on RFID experience, strong project-management skills, and a proactive, customer‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail RFID experience in retail industry and with iD Cloud.
• Proven ability to independently lead and manage multiple deployment projects.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across internal and external teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-facing focus.
• Hands-on, agile, solution-oriented mindset with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment activities to deliver projects on time.
• Educate clients on best practices and enable scalable adoption.
• Align iD Cloud with client systems for smooth rollout and future-state planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.
