Job summary

Nedap, a people-first technology company, is hiring an iD Cloud Solutions Engineer to join the North American Operations team in Burlington, MA, with a hybrid work pattern.

This is a customer-facing technical role spanning solution design, integration support, deployment, troubleshooting, product feedback, training, and select pre-sales work; you will combine hands-on technical judgment with clear communication and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading or supporting multiple customer implementations.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis; SQL, Python, and JavaScript are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retailer IT architecture, data flows, network, hardware, and operations.
• Lead or support end-to-end technical testing from pilot to rollout.
• Translate technical tradeoffs into clear customer recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales on technical discovery and demos.
• Train client champions and store teams to operate the solution.
• Advocate for customers with product and engineering teams and document best practices.
• Use data and reporting to explain performance and suggest improvements.
