Job summary

Enhesa in Arlington, VA is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager within Revenue Operations to own the martech stack, lead processing and campaign reporting. The role partners with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to create a single trusted funnel view and drive pipeline growth globally.

You will turn data into insights, manage AI-driven tools, ensure privacy compliance, and scale programs across regions with a focus on efficiency and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot).
• Proficient in MS Dynamics and data privacy.
• Hands-on AI and automation skills with Claude.
• Familiar with martech/data tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Gong.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing technology stack and integration with sales systems.
• Design and optimize lead lifecycle stages, scoring, routing and SLAs.
• Plan and execute global email, nurture, webinar and event campaigns.
• Ensure data hygiene, GDPR/PECR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Develop dashboards and multi-touch attribution to drive budgets.
• Drive process improvements and partner with cross-functional teams.
