Job summary

Enhesa, the global compliance partner, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build, run and continuously improve the technology, processes and data powering Enhesa's marketing engine. Sitting within Revenue Operations, you will own the marketing technology stack, lead processing and management, campaign reporting, ensuring a single trusted funnel view across regions.

You will turn marketing data into insights that drive pipeline growth and partner with Sales/Marketing leadership to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations.
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot) and MS Dynamics.
• Experience with martech and data tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Gong) and Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of lead management, lead scoring and attribution models.
• Fluent English with excellent communication.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Privacy compliance knowledge (GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM).
• Detail-oriented, scalable process mindset.

Responsibilities

• Marketing technology management: administer and optimize the marketing automation platform and integrations.
• Lead management and funnel operations: design lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, and SLA processes.
• Campaign operations: build and manage email, nurture, webinar and event campaigns globally.
• Data management and compliance: maintain data hygiene and privacy governance.
• Reporting, analytics and attribution: dashboards, ROI and multi-touch attribution.
• Process improvement and collaboration: automate processes and partner with Sales, CS, Finance.
