Job summary

Hanover Research Arlington, VA or remote. The Director of Marketing Operations leads technology, data, and process optimization to maximize marketing program effectiveness and pipeline performance.

You will oversee marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM integrations, reporting, and analytics, guiding a team and aligning with Demand Generation, Sales Rev Ops and CRM to ensure seamless campaigns and customer journeys. Report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years in marketing technology, operations or automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related fields.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM integrations and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing automation (HubSpot) processes and workflows.
• Manage email campaigns, segmentation, lead routing and scoring.
• Develop and maintain marketing performance reporting and insights.
• Lead marketing technology strategy and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with Demand Gen, Sales Rev Ops and CRM teams.
