FOSSA is seeking a RevOps Generalist for a contract role focused on Salesforce administration, forecasting models, and data-driven funnel improvements across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance. The position is remote in the US and part-time, roughly 10–20 hours per week, with an initial 3-month engagement.

The contractor will own the GTM tech stack, optimize CRM tools and automations, and turn insights into actionable revenue improvements while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including flows, automations, security/sharing, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own the GTM tech stack; admin CRM and connected tools across sales/marketing/CS, ensuring integration, adoption, and cleanliness.
• Drive pipeline and forecasting rigor with models, pipeline reporting, and dashboards for revenue health.
• Design and streamline revenue processes; map end-to-end funnel and enforce closed-deal checklist including quoting process.
• Manage planning and operations cadences; support quota and capacity modeling.
• Partner cross-functionally between GTM teams and Finance to align goals and metrics.
