Qualifications

• 4–5 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Advanced SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
• Advanced Snowflake analytics experience.
• Power BI experience (2+ years).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle OLFM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and partners to align on goals.
• Own the Sales Coverage Model to align with GTM strategy and client hierarchy management.
• Lead renewals campaign data and forecasting for the Inside Sales team.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries (Snowflake and SQL Server), stored procedures, and data pipelines (SSIS).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, sources, and reports.
• Build, optimize, and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting assets from multiple data sources.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Establish a regular cadence of insights delivery to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for data models, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
