Job summary

The role involves supervising a team, providing expert guidance on referrals and co-management, and driving performance while maintaining regulatory standards. Travel is minimal, with up to 10% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure/certification in one or more: RN, CRC, ADA/HR, LCSW, LMHC, LPC.
• 3+ years in Vocational Rehabilitation, Clinical, ADA, Social Work or Behavioral Health.
• 4+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• 4+ years disability and absence industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a first level resource for customer complaints and escalates issues; oversees day-to-day team operations.
• Manages relationships with customers and internal stakeholders; addresses appeals processes.
• Provides procedural guidance to internal clients to ensure referrals and co-management meet standards.
• Develops policies, procedures and best practices; supports data analysis for decision making.
• Performs other duties as required.
