Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Revenue Recovery Technology Specialist to assist with producing, validating and updating Ensemble IQ education and client training. This role requires strong communication, data analysis and rule-building for client packages and processes.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in healthcare revenue cycle tech, CRCR certification preferred, and be adept at MS Access, Excel, SQL and Business Objects. This is a remote position with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Access and Excel; experience with Business Objects and SQL.
• 5–7 years in revenue cycle or healthcare technology roles.
• Certification: CRCR or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Ensemble IQ education materials for client teams.
• Build and test prediction rules for new and existing clients.
• Analyze variances and trends in Revenue Cycle processes.
• Lead trainings and enable virtual engagement with clients.
