Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks an Sr Analyst, Revenue Recovery to maximize insurance reimbursement by analyzing contract variances and posting discrepancies across managed care and government payors. You’ll identify underpayments, communicate findings, and drive remediation with cross-team collaboration.

You will review large remittance data sets, identify trends, and mentor teammates while maintaining state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least five (5) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance revenue cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire.
• Ability to adapt to multiple client host systems.
• Integrity, honesty and internal drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with payors to follow up on underpayments and file appeals.
• Resolve account variances and recover underpayments.
• Identify root causes of underpayments, denials, and delays.
• Document activity in Ensemble IQ and other tracking systems.
• Mentor, lead client teams, and manage payor escalations.
