Job summary

Ensemble is seeking a Revenue Recovery Technology Specialist to support production, validation, and updates to the Revenue Recovery technology stack. You will educate client teams on updates and best practices, and keep the Teams site current with rules and materials.

You will design and refine prediction rules within Ensemble IQ, ensuring widespread dissemination and training across teams while collaborating with leadership to drive efficiency and better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Must demonstrate engaging, virtual training tactics for audiences.
• Must serve as SME on ROAR service lines and support client teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with producing, validation and updates to Ensemble Revenue Recovery technology.
• Provide up-to-date education to Revenue Recovery client teams on Ensemble IQ updates.
• Maintain the Microsoft Teams site with technology documents, client rules and updates.
• Research, build, upload and test prediction rules within EIQ for clients and update packages.
• Ensure teams are aware of updates and trained on usage.
