Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Senior Analyst to define and deliver analytics for financial and operational performance. The role focuses on back-end Acute Back End operations, KPI scorecards, and executive-level reporting to drive improvements.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, manage stakeholder communications, and develop centralized reporting that informs strategic decisions. This is a remote role with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in revenue cycle analytics.
• Proficiency with MS Access and Excel.
• Proficiency with SQL and Business Objects.
• Demonstrated experience using AI for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate Acute Back End Operations and ensure on-time delivery.
• Compile Scorecards and perform analyses for leadership.
• Create executive summaries and ad hoc operational reports.
• Provide TIPS reporting and align with leadership on next steps.
• Support and coordinate with BE leadership on reporting needs.
• Analyze financial and operational performance against KPIs.
