Family Care Center is seeking a Revenue Recovery Manager to lead the Denials and Follow-Up team in a remote capacity across multiple clinics. You will supervise 6-10 staff, monitor KPIs, and work with payers to optimize reimbursements and reduce denials.

The role emphasizes process improvement, training, and collaboration with leadership to drive performance in revenue cycle operations.

Qualificações

• Eight years in healthcare revenue cycle with denials focus and 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of payer denial and appeal processes.
• Experience with EHR and billing/clearinghouse systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 6-10 employees within the Denials and Follow-Up team.
• Monitor KPIs, coach staff, and improve denial resolutions.
• Escalate payer issues and lead payor-specific projects.
• Analyze denial trends and report to Director, Revenue Recovery.
• Approve write-offs and submissions within authority.
