Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle from patient registration through collections. This is a remote leadership role with the potential to scale operations and drive performance across the organization.

Qualifications include 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, with strong skills in billing, coding, denials, payer relations, and data-driven decision making. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

• Strong experience in billing, coding, collections, and denials.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proficient with revenue cycle software and EHR systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle from patient intake to collections.
• Set KPIs, measure performance, and coach staff.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and compliance teams.
• Monitor denial trends and optimize reimbursements.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership.
