New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Accountant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will support day-to-day revenue operations, assist with month-end close, and help maintain our financial processes.

This role requires strong US GAAP knowledge and ASC 606, with collaboration across finance, sales, and operations. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Solid foundation in US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Support the Close: assist revenue-related month-end close.
• Contract Analysis: review customer contracts and terms for revenue recognition.
• Financial Schedules: prepare and reconcile revenue schedules, including deferred revenue and contract assets/liabilities.
• Process Support: assist with Order-to-Cash improvements and SOX tasks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: provide analysis to finance, sales, and operations.
