Job summary

Synthires seeks a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) for a remote contract role to support an AI training project focused on operational effectiveness and data integrity within complex SaaS environments.

You will apply hands-on expertise in CRM, revenue operations, and reporting to maintain data quality, configure CRM platforms, and design compliant workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SaaS revenue/ops experience.
• Owns and configures Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM.
• Experience with two additional tools (billing, CPQ, ticketing, or PM systems).
• Ability to resolve policy conflicts and explain tradeoffs.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Strong revenue data integrity and reporting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine CRM data models for sales, CS, and revenue ops.
• Resolve and document conflicting operational policies with rationale.
• Design and validate compliance-constrained SaaS workflows.
• Identify and resolve revenue data integrity and reporting issues.
• Document system configurations, processes, and decision points.
• Provide insights for scenario-based operational training.
• Recommend scalable improvements across systems and processes.
