Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) for a fully remote contractor role in the United States. You will optimize CRM data models, ensure data integrity, and support revenue operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Billing.

You’ll document policy tradeoffs, design compliant workflows, and contribute to cross-functional training. Prior experience in regulated or multi-product SaaS is highly valued, with strong communication and ownership expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct, hands-on SaaS revenue, sales, customer success, or implementation operations.
• Proven CRM ownership with configuration experience, plus two additional tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking.
• Ability to resolve policy conflicts and explain operational tradeoffs in high-compliance environments (fintech/healthtech/insurtech preferred).
• Strong operational judgment for decisions where rules and business needs intersect.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in process design for regulated or multi-product SaaS environments with emphasis on reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine CRM data models to align with evolving sales, customer success, and revenue operations needs.
• Identify and document resolutions for conflicting policies, explaining reasoning and tradeoffs.
• Design compliant workflows for SaaS revenue processes with regulatory alignment.
• Diagnose gaps in revenue data integrity and support accurate reporting and analytics.
• Deliver detailed process walkthroughs based on system configuration experience.
• Contribute written and verbal insights for scenario-based operational training tasks.
• Recommend scalable system improvements with focus on compliance and cross-functional alignment.
