Job summary

PayTrace, a PayTrace by North company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to proactively reduce friction in the sales process and boost productivity. The role focuses on simplifying processes, implementing sales automation, and developing standardized reporting and dashboards.

The candidate will own end-to-end sales tracking, derive insights from data, and drive improvements in conversion and overall sales performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant sales operations and/or sales management experience.
• Validated experience using Salesforce.com with admin privileges.
• Experience identifying necessary sales process improvements and leading projects to drive change.
• Experience modeling potential compensation and quota structures.
• Experience researching and implementing new sales tools to aid the workflow of an inside sales force.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the optimization and adoption of tools for various teams.
• Develop reporting and dashboards including forecasting and pipeline views.
• Analyze activities to identify opportunities and improve funnel conversion.
• Provide insights to help prioritise leads and accounts across new business and growth teams.
• Lead process development, adoption and refinement with stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with leaders to build out support infrastructure.
• Define sales related workflows and handoffs.
• Assess sales training needs with Learning & Development.
