Macmillan Learning, a part of the Holtzbrinck family, seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the strategic and operational backbone of Sales and Customer Success across K‑12 and Higher Ed. You will own the operating model, forecasting platform, and KPI dashboards, guiding cross‑functional teams toward scalable, data‑driven outcomes.

You’ll drive AI and automation adoption, shape go‑to‑market plans, and oversee a growing Revenue Ops team.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years in revenue operations, sales ops, or related analytical/operational role.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs across Sales, Customer Success and Technology.
• Proven ability to apply AI/automation to modernize revenue operations and drive adoption.
• Expertise with Salesforce.com and data‑driven process improvement including forecasting and KPI reporting.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the reporting framework, dashboards, and analytics for Sales/Customer Success.
• Own data, tools, and infrastructure behind revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Set data quality and governance standards across CRM and revenue systems.
• Design and improve operating model, processes, systems, and workflows for revenue lifecycle.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning, including territory design and headcount modeling.
• Manage the Associate Director and team, setting priorities and standards.
• Negotiate vendor terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Partner with Product/Technology to define systems and automation needs.
