Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with relevant experience.
• 5–7 years in progressive hotel finance leadership roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning for assigned hotels.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and management agreements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with hotel DOFs and GMs to translate strategy into execution.
• Mentor regional finance leaders and support succession planning.
