Veeam is seeking an experienced Revenue Intelligence Operations Director for Sales, remote in the United States. You will partner with AMER sales leadership to shape forecasts, planning cycles, territory designs, and quota setting, ensuring accurate, efficient operations across the region.

The role emphasizes cross-functional influence, data-driven decision-making, and governance of sales processes, with opportunities to apply AI enhancements and drive transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in sales operations or revenue operations at a tech company (SaaS) or consulting.
• Direct ownership of regional/global sales forecast process.
• Direct ownership of annual sales planning cycle: segmentation, territory design, quota setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AMER operating calendar and weekly forecast calls.
• Lead end-to-end forecast process with cadence, roll-up logic, and snapshot discipline.
• Set commit criteria, stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene; diagnose forecast gaps.
• Partner with Finance on link between sales and financial forecast; write forecast narrative.
• Lead AMER Annual Operating Plan with sequencing, inputs, dependencies, and territory design.
• Shape go-to-market structure and headcount scenarios; influence compensation plans.
• Mentor Sales Operations professionals and represent AMER in global forums.
• Identify data/process challenges and drive AI/automation adoption.
