UNC Health is seeking a Supervisor of Revenue Integrity to oversee daily processes across the Revenue Integrity program. You will manage staff, optimize charge capture processing, and ensure high-quality, compliant operations aligned with SLA expectations.

Work primarily in a remote capacity, coordinating with Compliance, Internal Audit, and legal teams to address billing and coding issues. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Formación

• Ability to research complex coding and regulatory requirements to understand payer regulations and coding guidelines.
• Extensive knowledge of CCI edits, CPT, HCPCS, ICD, Revenue Codes, modifiers, billing rules and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Operational supervision of daily Revenue Integrity processes and staffing to meet quality and SLA targets.
• Collaborate with Compliance Office, Internal Audit, legal counsel and consultants on billing and compliance issues.
• Engage Revenue Cycle leaders and clinical teams to identify opportunities to avoid missed charges and educate on changes in charge practices.
