Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead day-to-day operations including charge capture, reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, and denial prevention. The role oversees staff and workflows to ensure accurate and timely charge generation and compliant billing across the health system.

The position partners with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, and Information Services to implement regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• CCS, CPC, or RHIA/RHIT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Integrity functions including charge capture, charge reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, charging compliance, denial prevention and resolution, Revenue Guardian activities, and Epic charging workflows.
• Oversee Revenue Integrity staff and workflows to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely charge generation, billing readiness, and revenue protection.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, Managed Care, Information Services, and department leaders to implement regulatory changes and minimize revenue leakage.
