Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead the revenue integrity functions across the health system. This role oversees charge capture, charge reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, and Epic charging workflows to ensure compliant, timely charge generation and optimized reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, with 8–12 years preferred, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Manager, Revenue Integrity## Department:Health System Shared Services | Revenue Management**Position Summary**The Manager, Revenue Integrity is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of Revenue Integrity functions, including charge capture, charge reconciliation, chargemaster maintenance, charging compliance, denial prevention and resolution, Revenue Guardian activities, and Epic charging workflows. This position oversees Revenue Integrity staff and operational workflows to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely charge generation, billing readiness, reimbursement optimization, and revenue protection across the health system.The Manager partners closely with Clinical Operations, Patient Financial Services, Coding, Compliance, Finance, Managed Care, Information Services, and department leaders to implement operational and regulatory changes, resolve charging issues, minimize revenue leakage, and support organizational revenue cycle performance.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be desirable. 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
