Planet Group is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst for a full-time, hybrid role in Maryland. This position focuses on managing the charge master to ensure accurate hospital services, procedures, and charges while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will work with clinical and billing teams, support the Epic transition, and provide training on charge capture and coding practices. The role requires 3+ years of experience in charge capture in a hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 3+ years in charge capture, coding, or charge description master management in a hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the charge master system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and education on charge capture, coding, and billing practices to departments.
• Analyze data and conduct quarterly charge master reviews to optimize revenue.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure correct charge descriptions.
• Monitor charge volumes, resolve code errors, and investigate discrepancies.
• Support transition to Epic by assisting with training and process changes.
• Maintain policies related to charge master management and revenue capture.
• Serve as a resource for coding questions and staff training.
